My Approach to Healing

My approach to holistic coaching and healing draws from cognitive psychology, family systems theory, ancestral wisdom, and energy healing - held together by the belief that you cannot tend to one without tending to all three.

At Sagrada Soul Wellness, my mission is to guide you toward self-empowerment, pattern recognition and deep alignment. I create a space where you can explore the depths of who you are and reclaim what has always been yours.

The work here is not surface-level. It is not therapy. It is something inbetween what traditional support often misses and what generic mindset coaching cannot reach - a grounded, spiritually-informed, psychologically aware path back to yourself.

It started in 2016, when I began dismantling everything I thought I knew about myself. Not because I wanted to - because I had to.

I know what it means hold the title, and still feel like something is missing. With a Bachelors and Masters degree in Criminal Justice and over a decade of Corporate Security experience, I have lived the high-achieving life from the inside.

I did the inner work anyway.

Through my healing and spiritual practice, I found what I was actually looking for. And as I began sharing the journey, I kept meeting the same person in different bodies. Driven, accomplished, and quietly exhausted from the weight of it all.

I built Sagrada Soul for that person. Becuase I am that person.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling alongside my corporate background. The psychological rigor, the systems thinking and the ancestral and spiritual wisdom I carry are not seperate. My coaching and spiritual work are non-clinical and distict from therapy - and I hold that distinction with care and integrity.
