Overview

There are no refunds on virtual sessions or courses AFTER services have been rendered. Refunds on unattended sessions or courses can be requested via email at info@alignmirthhealing.com. Our refund policy is for physical products only and lasts 10 days from date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or damaged upon arrival to you. unused and it must also be in the original packaging. Please email info@alignmirthhealing.com with pictures and description of product between the 10 days of purchasing.

Refunds

If you are approved for refund on Products, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

NO Refunds are issued to Energy Healing Services, Tarot, Mentoring, Coaching or Oracle Readings, Mediumship readings after the service has been rendered. To request and receive a refund, services must be canceled via email notification to Sagrada Soul Wellness 48 hours before service occurs.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund was processed by Sagrada Soul Wellness, please reach out to your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted by your bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at info@alignmirthhealing.com with pictures and description of the damage.
