Meditation is not always easy, but it’s possible

What would you say if I were to tell you that you can meditate in many different ways, not just by sitting in a lotus position?

Meditation is allowing your mind to remove the distractions and be here and now, present.

I have meditated while washing dishes, making sure I pay attention to how the water feels, taking notice of the water temp, and feeling the dishes. I have meditated while feeling my breath enter and leave my body. I have meditated by visualizing an outcome I want to manifest.

See? it’s not necessary to chant OM to death to experience a meditative experience.
